Yes. Builds, repairs, and upgrades happen at your desk - at home or at your office. There’s no shop to drop the computer off at.
Which areas do you serve?
Madison with no travel fee, plus Middleton, Fitchburg, Verona, Sun Prairie, and Waunakee on standard build appointments. Monona, McFarland, and DeForest are on request. Farther out? Ask - we usually say yes.
How much does it cost?
Gaming build labor starts at $60/hr, workstation builds at $75/hr, diagnostics are $25/hr, and upgrade installs start at $30/hr. Most builds take 2–4 hours. You approve an itemized parts list and price before anything is ordered.
Do I need to know what parts I want?
No. Tell us what you play or run, the monitor you use, and a rough budget. We’ll send an itemized parts list with a reason for each part.
What happens if something goes wrong later?
You keep our number. Builds come with a workmanship warranty, we handle manufacturer returns (RMAs), and remote support is same-day.
